  1. the brownies looks fabulous to me :)

  2. it still looks a nice slice. I see that you've reduced the sugar by quite a lot, the topping is too sweet? but glad to hear that you find it tasty! Good try!

  3. I love brownies and these look amazing! I think you should be very pleased with them. You had me at salted caramel :)

  4. This is your first time baking and did so well. I Nevermind about the look, it is the taste and texture that matters. My family loves brownies very much and our brownies will all gone very quickly when they freshly baked. I have a tip to share if you want a clean-cut brownies....cut the brownies when it is chilled or at least completely cooled, the edges will be as smooth as neat they can be. We are usually impatient with our brownies and like to eat them when they are freshly baked from the oven :D

  5. Your brownies looks lovely, Abby! I would usually reduce the sugar in most recipes too! Thank you for baking along with us! Have a nice day!
    Got your bundt pan yet?

  6. @Alice : Hi Alice, thank you for dropping by. Tq for the compliment . ;)

@lena : The brownies is still kind of sweet. maybe I will try reducing more sugar the next time I bake this. Maybe the next time I will reduce the amount of powdered sugar for the topping too. But this brownies is seriously delicious tho. ;)

@Baking addict : Brownies with Salted Caramel Topping = perfect combination . LOL

@Zoe : Maybe I am too fussy sometimes. But the brownies really taste yummy. Vanished within hours. ;)

@kitchen flavours : Hi Joyce, hope everything is well with you . Reducing sugar in every recipe has become my habit . ;) Sigh... I gotta wait till next week for my bundt pan to arrive . Can't wait to bake the Nut-Crusted Chocolate-Banana Cake again .

  7. I am still on the search for the perfect homemade brownie. So far I really like the box mixes the best, I just want something that I can make just as good from scratch. I do like a good sweet brownie, so I think I would love this one with caramel.

  8. those sound divine...LOVE salted caramel anything!
