Hi Jane, I dun use colouring for the huatkuih. I can't make it to make angku kuih as I just came back to KL today. As for Huat kuih, I use brown sugar , pandan leaves juice or pumpkin flesh for the colouring depending on which colour you need. Please email me your contact at twl6302@gmail.com
